- To be included in the primary directory your site or web page must be the homepage or subpage for a PC software product(s)
- Non-software products can only be added to the Link Exchange category. No review fee is charged for link exchanges.
- No spyware, malware, viruses, porn, gambling, pharmaceutical or illegal products.
- Before your site can be reviewed for inclusion you understand that a fee of $19.95 is payable.
- You understand that the fee represents payment for our service to review your site within 1 month for inclusion in the PCSoftwareDirectory.com primary directory.
- If your site is rejected you understand that no refund is payable.
- If your site is accepted a monthly sponsorship fee of $19.95 is payable commencing 1 month after your directory submission.
- You understand that PCSoftwareDirectory.com reserves the right to place your site in the appropriate category.
- You understand that PCSoftwareDirectory.com reserves the right to remove your listing at any time in the future without refund being payable. Monthly payments will be cancelled.
- Your site must be up and running 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
- No parts of your site are under construction. All links on the site work.
- You understand that these terms & conditions may be changed at any time without notifying you.
